As challenging as a young athlete or dancer’s schedule may be, it’s critical to include regular restorative work as part of their training to enable longevity, pain-free movement and to improve performance.

Get ahead of their injuries - regular care should occur before there’s a problem. My goal is to support the athlete’s training by:

  • Strengthening muscles that are complementary to their sport (and often not addressed by practice or conditioning)

  • Identifying and correcting imbalances and habits that could lead to injury or persistent pain

  • Identifying and correcting visual or vestibular deficits that could be impacting their performance or contributing to pain

  • Improving flexibility and joint stability throughout the body
